How to Choose a Safe Halloween Prop

Props make the costume – but safety comes first. Here is what to look for:

• Soft materials: Inflatables are the safest choice for parties and crowded events. There are no hard edges, so bumps and knocks are harmless – unlike rigid plastic props.
• Right size: At 100cm this scythe is tall enough to look dramatic but short enough to carry comfortably indoors and out.
• Easy to inflate: It inflates in moments and holds its shape through the night, with no pump or batteries needed.
• Age suitability: Lightweight and soft, it suits older children, teens and adults. Not recommended for under 3s.
